The application is based on a database, which contains information on the GI and load values of different foods. It will allow you to determine the GI and load of different foods in different categories, as well as the content of carbohydrates in foods, and compare these values with the recommended daily intake, which is based on the standard recommendations of the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
